Air and Hydraulics
14000
Series 14000 are axial monoflow rotating unions with a heavy duty design, body – steel, rotor – stainless steel. They are designed for in/on-the-shaft mounting.
Series 14000 rotating unions are suitable for vacuum, air or hydraulics with a temperature up to 120°C and depending on the model for pressure up to 60 bar.
For connecting the rotor to/in the shaft a threaded connection is offered. Modification is possible on request.
D
Series D are axial monoflow rotating unions, body – steel, rotor – stainless steel. They are designed for water or hydraulic oil, low rotation speed, pressure up to 450 bar and temperature up to 120°C.
For connecting the rotor to the shaft a threaded connection is offered. Modification is possible on request.
AP
Series AP are axial monoflow rotating unions, body – steel, rotor – stainless steel. All parts in media contact are stainless steel and corrosion resistant.
Series AP rotating unions are designed for water or hydraulic oil, higher rotation speed (up to 1500 min-1), high media pressure (up to 400 bar) and temperature up to 90°C.
For connecting the rotor to the shaft a threaded connection is offered. Modification is possible on request.
7100
Series 7100 are duoflow rotating unions, body – stainless steel, rotor – hardened steel. They are designed for hydraulics, low rotation speed, pressure up to 250 bar and temperature up to 90°C.
For connecting the rotor to the shaft a threaded or a flange connection is offered. Modification is possible on request.
17-21
Series 17-21 are monoflow or duoflow (tandem – the syphon pipe has own sealing and bearing guiding) rotating unions, body – aluminium, rotor – steel, oilite bearing.
Suitable for air, hydraulic oil, break fluid or vacuum, low rotation speed, pressure up to 210 bar (depending on the model), temperature up to 120°C.
For connecting the rotor to the shaft a threaded connection is offered. Modification is possible on request.
Rotating Unions for Air and Hydraulic Oil Service, DN6 – 40
Duoflow rotating unions DN 10 and DN 15, body – forged brass, rotor – stainless steel. The offered options are with 4 parallel channels or with 5 (one based in the middle).
Suitable for air, vacuum or hydraulics, low rotating speed, pressure up to 250 bar (depending on the application), temperature up to 80°C.
For connecting the rotor to the shaft a flange connection is offered. Modification is possible on request.
DEU-PLEX air/hydraulics
Series DEU-PLEX DN 10 are duoflow rotating unions, body – aluminium, rotor – cast iron. They are designed for air, higher rotation speed, pressure up to 10 bar and temperature up to 120°C.
For connecting the rotor to the shaft a flange connection is offered. Modification is possible on request.

For connecting the rotor to the shaft a flange connection is offered. Modification is possible on request.
DEU-PLEX water/hydraulics
Series DEU-PLEX DN 15 for air or hydraulic oil are duoflow rotating unions, body – aluminium, rotor – cast iron. Standard sealings are offered, which have prolonged live for hydraulic applications.
Suitable for air or hydraulic oil, higher rotation speed, pressure up to 70 bar (depending on the model), temperature up to 120°C.
For connecting the rotor to the shaft a flange connection is offered. Modification is possible on request.
1379/1479а
Rotating union, 4-Passage for Various Media.
– Four independent passages for applications such as clamping and unclamping, work piece of tool sensing, and spindle cooling.
– Vent between passages 2 and 3 allows use of two different media without cross contamination.
– Stainless steel and brass components resist corrosion
– Hardened chrome sealing surface and elastomer-energized seals
– Dual, widely spaced ball bearing absorb large side loads
2620
Series 2620 are duoflow rotating unions with two independent passages. They are designed for hydraulic oil, air or coolant, high rotation speed and temperature up to 71°C. Pressure depends on the model and the rotation speed (see chart).
For connecting the rotor to the shaft a flange connection is offered. Modification is possible on request.
