Super-rapid fittings are available in 34 different models. Connection and disconnection of the tube, can be repeated multiple times and can be performed using one hand and without the use of tools.
Our fittings range includes the patented and longstanding “Sprint” system that guarantees tightening and facilitates the repeated removal and reassembly of the fitting.
The sealingring (O-ring) can be easily replaced if it is damaged or should the rubber compound from which it is made wear with time.

These new models have been released in technopolymer, maintaining the same technical characteristics as the existing Camozzi fittings range.
Lightweight, adaptable and they allow for easy maintenance of the collet and the internal seal. All materials, except for the internal seal, can easily be recycled.

With its vast experience in manufacturing push-in connections for the pneumatics industry and its in depth research into fluid power systems, Camozzi has developed the Series 8000 super-rapid fitting featuring a dual sealing design.
The main feature of this Series is the inclusion of additional seals (patented system) to provide a leak tight and positive connection eliminating the possibility of leakage which may occur from tube scoring.
The dual seal superrapid fittings are available in 6 different models. Connection and disconnection of the tube can be repeated many times without altering the performance of the fitting or compromising the sealing on the tube.
The connect / release operation of the tube, which can be made without the use of tools, allows considerable time saving during installation and maintenance.
The NBR seals can be easily replaced. These fittings are available with tube to tube and threaded connections. On request these fittings can also be supplied in FKM and EDM.

1000 RAPID
The rapid fittings come in 28 different versions and are easily fitted without the use of a spanner.
They can also be used with rigid PA tubes. A locking nut is provided and can be tightened both manually and with a spanner.
The special shape of the guiding cone ensures that the tube cannot be accidentally cut.

Quick-release couplings (G1/8, G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2) have been designed to cater for all those situations where, for plant engineering or safety reasons, the tubing in a plant must be frequently connected or disconnected.
Quickrelease couplings allow these operations to be performed without having to release the pressure and therefore save a considerable amount of time.
The third digit in the code (5 or 8) indicates the orifice and hence the size as well. Models which have the same third digit can be coupled together.

S2000
The Sprint® fittings are available in 15 different models, and all have conical threads.
The characteristic of this series is that the conical thread has an incorporated torque system which avoids the use of liquid glues or PTFE band, avoiding the operator to loose time in the mounting phases.
The system moreover guarentees extreme cleaness in the mounting phase and the possibility to connect and disconnect repeatedly the fitting, without compromising the seal on the thread.

2000
When involved in factory maintenance or plant installation it is often difficult to be certain which size of fitting will be required. The Camozzi pipe fitting range provides a cost effective solution to this problem.
The full range includes straight, L – T shaped and cross piece male or female couplings, all of which are available in a large variety of thread sizes.
Material: nickel-plated brass. Thread: GAS conical ISO 7 (BSPT); GAS cylindrical ISO 228 (BSP).
